COVID Lockdown Update July 2021

As a valued tenant, supplier/contractor or friend of inhousing, we want to provide you with further information following the State Government's recent announcement to close all non-essential businesses due to COVID-19.

Please be advised that inhousing will continue to operate during this period, albeit in a reduced capacity. We will amend our work program to maintain the health and safety of our staff and tenants, and minimise the transmission of COVID-19.

All non-essential face to face work will cease, and we will contact any tenants about non-essential home visits or property inspections. We will continue to ensure that your home is looked after during this period by making every effort to respond to critical property repairs in a timely manner. We understand that many of our tenants live with disability, and we value our relationship. We will seek to assist with your housing needs during this period.

You can continue to contact us in the normal manner, your allocated tenancy officer continues to work,  property@inhousing.org.au or call 08 8373 8318. 

If it is after hours but not an emergency, please email through your request to property@inhousing.org.au or use our web based online work request form here and we will arrange a repair based on urgency. 

If you require a genuine after-hours emergency maintenance response, please call 08 8373 8305. If we are busy please leave a detailed message, including return contact number, property address and description of the issue. 

 We remain focused on providing an important housing service during this time.
