Job Vacancy: NDIS Housing Consultant

Contract position, 2 years, full-time (part-time hours negotiable)

inhousing provides an innovative housing and property management service, specialising in managing accessible, affordable homes for people living with disability who are navigating the complexities of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).   

We are looking for an experienced person with high level attention to detail and knowledge of NDIS processes and systems, particularly around Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), to fill the role of NDIS Housing Consultant.

The successful candidate will work to increase the capacity of people living with disability to plan for their current and future NDIS housing needs and will work with our tenancy team and external stakeholders to:  

  • Support people living with disability to identify and explore housing options and refer prospective tenants to the Tenancy team. 
  • Coordinate NDIS processes for tenants and the team including managing SDA payments and claims. 
  • Contribute to the development of contemporary innovative housing models.

The role will be appointed based on merit and people living with disability are encouraged to apply. Hybrid working options are available to work both from home and our office in Unley. 

This is a full time contract position for 2 years with a probationary term of 6 months. Part time hours are negotiable.
