Join Our New Tenant and Customer Reference Group in 2025!

We’re excited to announce the launch of the inhousing and Stretchy Tech Tenant and Customer Reference Group in 2025!

This is a great opportunity for tenants and customers to share their experiences, provide feedback, and help shape our future services.

What is the Tenant and Customer Reference Group?

The Tenant and Customer Reference Group is a small group of people who:

  • Live in an inhousing property, or
  • Receive (or have received within the last 12 months) services from Stretchy Tech – or both!

The Group will meet quarterly (every three months) to:

  • Share information.
  • Ask and answer questions.
  • Give feedback on current and upcoming inhousing and Stretchy Tech projects.

Who can join, and how many members will there be?

We are looking for about five people to join the Group to start with. If everything goes well and more people want to be involved, we’ll explore expanding the Group in the future.

We want the Group to reflect the diversity of our tenants and customers, with members from different backgrounds and experiences. We are especially keen to hear from people who want to contribute to discussions and co-design services to better meet the needs and preferences of those using them.

To ensure fresh perspectives, members can stay in the Group for up to two years before making way for new voices.

What will the meetings be like?

  • Meetings will be quarterly (four times a year).
  • You can attend virtually (via Teams or Zoom) or in person at our Unley office.
  • Meetings will run for about two hours (with breaks as needed).
  • Members will receive an agenda and reading materials in advance to prepare.
  • We ask that members commit to attending at least three of the four meetings each year.

We will work with members to support their access needs, ensuring they can participate in a way that works best for them.

How do I apply to join?

If you’re interested in becoming a member, we’d love to hear from you! Simply tell us:

  • Why you’d like to join the Group.
  • How your insight and experience can help improve our services for tenants and customers.

We will review all applications carefully and may reach out for more information before selecting the first five members.

Will I be paid for being a member?

Membership is voluntary, and members will not receive a salary. However, we value the expertise and experience of our members and appreciate the time they dedicate to preparing for and attending meetings.

To recognise their contribution, members will receive an honorarium in appreciation if their contributions.
