We currently have two roles available.

Admin Officer

Are you a dynamic administrative officer looking for a change in your career? Are you interested providing administrative support to a specialist property management team? inhousing is looking for an Admin Officer! This role is offered on a full-time two- year contract.

We are looking for candidates who can:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to individuals and agencies who use our services
  • Coordinate tenant information and schedule home inspections
  • Enter data and records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to property maintenance requests using our contractors

Property Management Coordinator

Are you a fantastic property manager looking to be part of a friendly team? We are looking for an experienced, intelligent person who can coordinate day to day property and tenancy management issues. Ideally you will have experience and/or qualifications in residential property management and a drive to move beyond standard property management.

This role is offered on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) and will be offered as an initial 6 month contract to cover extended leave. There may be the option for an extension.

We are looking for candidates who can:

  • Demonstrate capacity to effectively deliver property management services in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide superior customer service and work alongside marginalised and vulnerable individuals to achieve and maintain successful tenancies
  • Prioritise tasks, work under pressure and meet deliverables relating to budget and timelines
  • Build relationships with a wide range of people
  • Communicate effetively both verbally and in writing, with well-developed computer and information recording skills
  • Self start and achieve genuine measurable outcomes
