Board Member

We are seeking board members with a genuine commitment to inclusion and disability leadership, who bring professional experience in law, finance, or social policy (particularly advocacy and campaigns), or executive leadership.

Join us in our mission to create a world where people living with disability get a fair go at what life has to offer.

The Julia Farr group comprises 3 entities, working across policy, research, advocacy, capacity-building, housing, and grant making to advance the life chances of people living with disability.

An exciting opportunity exists for you to join one or more of our three boards and their sub-committees, working alongside a passionate and established change-maker CEO and an outstanding team of non-executive directors in Adelaide, South Australia.

The boards are the Julia Farr Association (known as JFA Purple Orange), inhousing, and the Julia Farr MS McLeod Benevolent Fund.

Diverse candidates with intersectional identities are encouraged to apply including people living with disability, First Nations people, culturally and linguistically diverse people, people who identify as LGBTQIA+, and people who come from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
