Tenant Survey - We want to hear what you think!

This year we’ve partnered with the Community Housing Industry Association of New South Wales (CHIA NSW) to deliver the survey. Please look out for a letter, email or text message from CHIA NSW with information about the survey and how to fill it out.
 
The survey will ask questions about different parts of the service we provide, such as housing condition, maintenance, and whether we communicate clearly with you. You complete the survey by checking the box next to the answer that is most relevant to you.
 
Your answers to the survey are anonymous, which means that when someone fills out the survey, their name or identity is not recorded or linked to their answers.
 
As a thank you for taking the time to complete the survey, all completed entries will go into a draw to win one of five $100 Coles/Myer Group gift cards.
