We’re working towards true inclusion by centring the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people with disability.
To support this work, the Julia Farr group (of which inhousing is a part) is developing a Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This plan shows our commitment to recognising, respecting, and celebrating the enduring connection First Nations people have to Country.
Our RAP is a strategic priority that guides us to build knowledge and grow cultural awareness. It will also help us create a culturally safe, inclusive workplace for First Nations people.
True inclusion means listening to and embedding the voices of First Nations people with disability in all we do.
